Starwood Hotels and Resorts is one of the world’s leading companies in the hospitality industry. As part of the global growth, we are recruiting Trainer for our young, fun and thrilling Customer Contact Center.
The Trainer is responsible for the creation and execution of training classes. The Trainer provides on-going training to all groups within the Customer Contact Center and fosters a high performance culture through an effective and versatile communication style. While the Trainer is based in Singapore, he/she is expected to support the delivery of training sessions in other centers in Asia Pacific, where needed.
