Requirements:
- At least a minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Hotel Tourism Management
- Experience in hospitality/travel or contact centre is advantageous and Fresh Graduates are welcome too
- Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Self driven, outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
- Team player who is also able to work independently
- Computer literacy is a must
- Able to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays
- Position is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
