Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

You will assist CPF Members, self-employed and employers in making important decision regarding their retirement, housng and healthcare needs, at the CPFB counters and call centres.

Requirements:
  1. A good Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
  2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in service industry preferred
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Resourceful with good organisational and coordination skills
  5. Pleasant disposition coupled with a positive attitude

Job Title: Investigation Officer
No. of Vacancy: 10
Job Description:
  • Enforce employers’ payment of CPF contributions
  • Interview employers and employees and extract wage and other records to determine compliance with the provisions of the Central Provident Fund Act
  • Duties may entail visiting the workplace of the investigated employer
Requirements: Good diploma with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
