- Assists in the recruitment process
- Follow up on the new hire and resignees documentations
- Apply work pass applications and renewals
- Update employee records in the HR system
- Update staff movements and other ad-hoc reports
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HRM or equivalent
- Min. one year experience in HR functions
- Knowledge of Employment Law an advantage
- Good communications skill, verbal and written.
- Possess a can-do attitude,eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Mature, independent, able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be able to multi-task
