Fairmont Singapore & Swissotel the Stamford - Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities :
  • Assists in the recruitment process
  • Follow up on the new hire and resignees documentations
  • Apply work pass applications and renewals
  • Update employee records in the HR system
  • Update staff movements and other ad-hoc reports

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in HRM or equivalent
  • Min. one year experience in HR functions 
  • Knowledge of Employment Law an advantage
  • Good communications skill, verbal and written.
  • Possess a can-do attitude,eagerness to learn and contribute.
  • Mature, independent, able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task
