·         Scope of Work

§  Handling customer enquiries via phone or email ( not walk-ins )

§  liaising with suppliers, hotels, operators overseas for FIT packages or Custom packages

§  using various reservation systems for booking various travel components ( online hotel systems, Galileo, others )

§  Travel sales & customer service

§  supporting internet marketing and other marketing activities of the company
